 Galveston Thanksgiving week

Plan to get down there the week of 11/20 fishing for flounder and trout, but the weather forecast shows 16+ To 20mph from Wednesday, NE wind, Monday and Tuesday is about 12mph ESE, do you think I have better chance early part of the week or later part? Thanks!
