Where is the best place to buy and get this installed? I am close to Dallas. I will be replacing a trolling motor already on the boat.

I believe we have a few on the shop not claimed yet? If you haven't gotten one by Tuesday I'll let you know!

No night arrow to show direction and the continuous button is easy to bump with your foot but all features are game on

His shop is in Lewisville. It just depends on what model you are looking for. I have an order placed with him on a particular model and it is due in on Nov 22 or before. I'm so ready to get one installed. Shut-up-and-Fish will treat you right! Okie

Give us a call. We can order and install your Ultrex then put your boat in Lake Fork for demo. Maybe even catch a big ol bass or two.

It's really not that hard to install. Some basic tools and its done. I consider myself a mechanical novice and had very little problem pulling the old one off and installing the ultrex. The entire process took me all of 2 hours to complete. Just follow the directions step by step. (I know that is hard for some folks, but it actually works!!)
Everything on your bass boat is broken......You just don't know it yet.

Did it mount right up without additional drilling?

Bolt pattern is the same for the fortrex and ultrex. If you have a fortrex installed, the ultrex will not require any additional holes to be drilled
