Brine Ingredients
About a qt. of coffee
1/4 cup Kosher salt
2 Tblsp of cocoa (unsweetened)
1 Tblsp of Red Pepper Flakes
Then after the brine time...don't rinse and just add your favorite "Beef Dry Rub"
