Any reports out of Worth? I had a guy tell me about the 199 bridge and which pillars to hit. I will be checking them out on Saturday morning.

Looks like no one messes with Worth that much. I will report back on Saturday. I hope to spend most of the day under the 199 bridge.

There used to be a consumption ban on many species of fish taken from Lake Worth. It has since been revised to the following;

Lake Worth in Tarrant County

Chemicals of Concern:
Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), aldrin, dieldrin

Persons should not consume blue catfish, channel catfish or smallmouth buffalo from these waters.
This replaces a previous advisory issued in 2000.

I decided to wait a day and glad I did. I had the gastric sleeve on Tuesday the 24th. Moving around last night I decided to wait because Im still a bit stiff. Today I went out and chopped some wood hauled it and have been much more mobile. Couple that with the wind and me being a very inexperienced boater I think holding off a day was good. Reports look like wind will be less tomorrow and temps will be a bit warmer. It will be the maiden voyage on my ultraskiff for me so I am really excited.
