Me and my brother are staying at Camp Shiloh which for you old timers used to be Cherokee Junction right across the bridge from the State Park. They still have two cabins and 8 suites (motel rooms) available.
Their number is 903-855-1800 and you can speak with Conal and he can take care of you.
I have stayed there before and it is a pretty quiet safe place to stay.
