Invizx is good fluorocarbon line. If you tie the Palomar knot you have to tie it CORRECTLY, if you don't, it will break at the knot. If you hare having a lot of backlashes, that also kinks the line and makes weak spots.

If cost is a concern then Mean Green is fine, but you may want to try a P-line CX if you still want to stay in the co-poly family.

I tend to put my blinders on when buying fishing equipment, but I think you can get 300 yard spool of CX for $7-8. It's a good in between line.

Been using it several years with no problems. Wet your knots good. Also check your guides when you find rough spots.

Down size your test and try some CXX in clear. I have switched to this on all my moving baits.

Red label...its the "Big Game" of fluorocarbon line. What I always go back too after trying another brand.

Use 20# InvisX on everything that isn't 65# braid. Works for me.
....well....except my senko setup, that's 12#. So it sinks a little faster.
You can pull boats with my combos.

I snagged a 45 pound carp Friday in the back with a crankbait, after about thirty minutes I was able to get it in the boat, I caught it on 12 pound Stren flourcarbon, I had been using Red Label but had a few breakoff's.

CX Premium is the good stuff, the fluoro-clear sucks...

I tried it one time and the only reason I did was because Academy was out of Red Label and Invizx for my CB rods. The next day I was on Fork fishing a tourny and got broke off twice and neither one was at he knot.

P-line CFX 15# leader material is good stuff. Tied to braid on C-rig and fairy wand. Hasn't let me down since 2006. The P-line fluoroclear did let me down and was too stretchy so I ditched it years ago.

Seaguar Red Label works best IMHO. Are you breaking off worm fishing or with anything tied on the line? Note that if you are worm fishing with Tungsten weights it can and will create weak spots on the knot itself. The solution is to head to Frys, buy small diameter heat shrink and insert it into every Tungsten weight you have in the boat. I seldom break off now.
