Any plans for submerged lighting ?

On plants : research . Duckweed can cover a pond's surface quickly but it probably won't be a problem with the water movement you have . Water hyacinth is illegal to possess in Texas .

I never had a single skeeter come from mine(I do have goldfish in there and water is always circulating).....heck the Monkey Grass in my yard has more skeeters than my pond attracts.

Yes, I have some already nestled in the falls to light up the cascades and some tucked up under the foot bridge. I am going to get more lights for both the creek and pond as funds become available.
