Fished from daybreak till 2. Caught 9 from 1to 4 pounds. Windblown rocks in 2-6 FOW. Trickworm with slow retrieve. If you find bream biting your worm work that area hard. All fish were caught when bream were present. Actually felt 3 take the from a bream running with the worm. When they did that the bass slammed it.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways with a fishing rod in one hand, 10# LMB in the other, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and yelling "Wow! What a Ride!

I've been wanting to get back down and fish Conroe for a while. Grew up on that lake, but haven't spent much time there since I graduated HS.
