Made the drive to cedar creek on Saturday to get In some dock shooting with my buddy Steven, we got on the water around 8am. There was less than 10mph wind all Day so that made for some good Shooting weather,
We caught 48 with some pretty nice nice fish mixed in the bunch. All were caught in 5fow or less with the exception of a few caught on brush in 15fow.
Fish were jumping in the boat until about 10:30 when the wind shifting and started blowing out of the north and it became very tough to get a bite.
Best baits were lanes frogs, a new bait I used for the first time made by lip ripper and Shad pole curly tail.

Side note-I have had people get really close to me on a bridge and twice had some fish the same brush pile as me but had a boat with 3 ppl pull up to a dock we�re shooting(catching them right and left) they spot locked started shootinging and never said a word until I said �good morning � in your opinion is this bad Etiquette ?

With regards to the people that came up and started shooting same dock as you...I would say that was pretty rude in my book.

People can be buttheads, I had two guys that were bass fishing the other day drive about 200 yards to within about 10 feet of my boat to just say
"hi, how ya'll doin" as he hit 'MARK' on his gps...there's many more horses azzes than horses in this world...

As a friend of mine put it , it was a very chicken $&@! Move . But I took the high road.

we often complain about young people in society not being respectful or patient. The guys who did this to you probably has kids watching him do it and therefore think its OK to just push yourself in on someones spot. We all need to be examples to our youth and things will change. you sir did the right thing, but it sure isn't easy sometimes!!!!

I don't know how I missed your side note bud. I would say yes bad etiquette. I usually tend to leave people be unless they need help or we're just saying hi or giving each other fishing advise. I just can't see myself pulling up to a spot that someone else is obviously fishing..but hey that's just me..lol!!
