G finish blue shad...your thoughts?

Depends on the bait. Torpedo, black/white stripe, same for whopper plopper (or as close to it as possible); baby bass in YMs; scum frog green; jitterbug BLACK; Sammy American Shad; Vixen bone. Buzzbait, Black at night or chartreuse/white day. Etc., etc., etc.. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Every type of topwater I own from frogs to buzzbaits and everything in between, I have at least one white color.

I can't go without black, shad color, bone, and green for frogs, and clear with or without some chrome for some. But that's it.

Bone is really hard to beat with bluegill right behind it.

It depends on what lake, for Fork I like Tennessee shad or bone and sometimes blue and sliver

White.....and then a Sharpie pen. I can add black if it needs it.
