Cash or check. They have a sign that says "No Plastic".

Call your local office. I know the one in Fort Worth says cash or check only.

Usually cash/check only. If you pay card they hit you with 3% fee for those places that do accept card.

I just transferred my title within the last month. They had a sign that said no cards, cash or check only.
