 Need help/ advice on Atlas Hyd. Jack Plate

My Atlas Jack plate will not go up or down. Motor runs but motor does no move. Is there a manual lowering screw. It is in the completely raised position at this time.

I have had this situation before, and mine ended up being a bur/catch on the nylon cylinder. It got stuck up a few times at the top and eventually wore out the motor. No manual release, once I got it to a point that I could lower it (certain amount of pressure on the water, it wouldn't go up again. Ended up having to get it rebuilt under warranty.

Is battery charged good? Seems simple. But mine stopped for a short time and I couldnt figure it out. Charged my batteries and was ready to take to the shop. I checked one more time and it worked. Coach

No manual screw on the Atlas to lower it. Issue may be a bad relay if your batteries are charged.
