Just let her live with your sibling. Go over and patch the house and car up occasionally. (This is what I do.)
Be sure to take the semi and fully automatic weapons away where they can't have access to them.

I spent two weeks in rehab at the Briarcliff Health Center in Greenville. They have several categories of senior citizens staging there including the demented.They have more staff than patients so they get good care. If your crazy person can qualify for Medicare and Medicaid the government will pay.
