With all the negative things posted online I figured I would post this awesome customer service. I sent my Costa glasses back for warranty work a few weeks back the rubber nose piece had came apart, which was not a huge deal since they were about 2 years old. I had almost just super glued it back on, but decided to just send them back to have them fixed correctly. Well today I check the mail and they sent me a brand new pair, I'm still a little in shock, talk about awesome customer service, my last 3 pairs of glasses have been Costa and I will definitely continue to purchase from them. Just thought I would post my awesome customer service experience with Costa

I tried superglue on the rubber nose piece on mine but it didn't work. I guess I should have sent them in like you did.

I just got mine back last Friday. They replaced the frame and the turnaround time was just under two weeks. Needless to say, I'll be a Costa customer for many years to come.

You can still send them in. I tried superglue on the rubber nose piece on mine but it didn't work. I guess I should have sent them in like you did.

The new frames will not have that rubber on the frames, they changed the design to eliminate the issues of the rubber coming loose. Is it a new style? $12 warranty claim, and yes the inside is different than the original pair I had. They don't have the rubber all the way around the frames.

Awesome... That's why we chose to be a Costa dealer. Great people to work with.

Love me some Costa! Same experience as Brad, super easy and quick. They changed the design on my frames as well and did away with the rubber piece that kept coming off.. sent me a brand new pair of the new design. They're actually lighter than the others I had as well. Customer for life here.
