It occurred to me today that if owners would go to the players and explain that viewership is down 32% due to taking a knee and that the organization can't take that kind of hit and stay solvent. Then say anyone who wants to can take a knee but it will cost them $50,000 per game. We would then see just how much this cause means to these guys.

That'll be the only NFL game I do watch unless more teams adopt this same thinking.

Last week wasn't about injustice. It was about Trump's comments on the players. They can say it was about social injustices all they want. If it was truly about that we would have seen it league wide before last week.

I don't understand why anyone was upset about Trump's comments. If you enjoy the freedoms that this country provides and then refuse to stand for the anthem in the name of a non-existent, anti-police cause, then you are exactly what Trump called you.
