Since I'm 71 and too old to be eating fried fish on a regular basis, I bought one of those oil less fryers and just dip the fillets in milk,egg batter, then in Zatarains then put in the "fryer". They come out much tastier than if fried in oil, healthier, too. Thanks for posting that. I bought one of those fryers also and haven't gotten around to trying it with fish yet, though I have watched a couple of Youtube videos of folks doing catfish. I'm trying to figure out how i can actually do my beer batter recipe that i always deep fry with and get it to work in the air fryer.

Fish Chaser would you supply more info? I love fried fish but my doctor doesn't. Brand of "fryer" Temp ? I guess everything lol
