Thanks for posting that. I bought one of those fryers also and haven't gotten around to trying it with fish yet, though I have watched a couple of Youtube videos of folks doing catfish.

I'm trying to figure out how i can actually do my beer batter recipe that i always deep fry with and get it to work in the air fryer.
