There is more stupid stuff on this post than I have seen ever. Some of you are clearly retarded. It's a 20 dollar profit. No matter how you figure it. Gross, net, whatever it 20 bucks. Are any of you in business? Sales less cost of goods sold = gross profit. Sales = $160. Cost of goods sold $140. =. $20. investment or working capital does not come in to the equation. I hope you guys that came up with different answers don't do your own taxes.  Mo

He really made $30. He originally bought it for $60 and ended up selling it for $90... The in between is irrelevant.
