IHOP food is pretty average (at best) but I tend to steer towards the mom & pop places anytime I can. M&P's usually have better food and more reasonable prices.

Never was a fan..thought it was mediocre at best and over priced..would rather seek out a mom and pops type place

Last time I went wasn't impressed wither but Grandson was sure impressed with the Smiley Pancake he got...

Everybody needs something to eat after shutting down a honkey tonk. It's either IHOP or whatabooger.
But their food has cratered the last 5 years or so.
If you are in Tyler....
The Diner on S.Broadway, Mama's on E. 5th, or Cox's Grill on W. Front.

Only been a couple times, last time was over 20 years ago in Austin. Those two pullet eggs were a joke, the bacon and sausage was not that good.
