 Spinning reel reversei

I have a shimano Sahara that turned backwards without lever being flipped. How do I troubleshoot or fix this.

Is this a baitcast reel? If so,it sounds like the antireverse bearing is no good. I had a lower end reel free spin on me before on a hook set. Changed out the antireverse bearing.problem solved. Hope this might help.
