Got to the lake late. dumped at 10:30. went straight to the dam and fished west to east with the wind at my back. fished next to the dam out to 20 yds or so and threw traps, sq bills and divers for a long way.....didn't get a bump. went to the first cove to the north east and humped it in the timber for a while and nothing...threw traps and divers on the way out, no one home......went west to the cove across from park prairie and fished more timber and nada......ended up main lake in 20mph wind in 25-30 ft drop shotting and nothing there.....off the water at 2:30.....all in all nice weather, i just didn't find the fish.....

I caught a handful yesterday afternoon. All in last hour and all shallow timber/grass on chatterbait. I saw a couple of boats catch a few at intake. I wish the Lake would stay that level. The fish looked healthier than I've ever seen. I was also graphing a lot of fish at intake and huge schools near timber trolling to deeper water at end of day. Lots of movement too from trolling through the area. If I had to guess it was a huge school of tilapia. Unlike anything I've ever noticed before. Not a single bite or zero chase on top.

Actually less stained than it had been before storm. If it was a scale of 1-10, 1 -being a chocolate river, and 10 being a clear Cali lake, I'd say Fayette is usually a 5 and Wednesday was a 6.
