Fuzzy's Butt Burning Sauce.....buy a few bottles for the house a year. So good our supply guy at work keeps it at the fire stations from the station fund we all pay into.

Chipotle Tabasco for me. Has the smokey flavor to it and not so vinegary as regular Tabasco.

I'm a fan of Texas Pete. Not very hot, but I like the flavor. Okay so after reading my own post, I'm gonna call myself out on this one. Saying you eat hot sauce for the flavor sounds suspiciously like you buy the girly magazines for the articles. I must punish myself now.
