I had not seen that before and that is nice, thank you!
Have a couple comments for you. First you should make your own cement for tying the chenille jigs. Just mix Clear High Gloss Lacquer with thinner (I use MEK Because it dries super fast and is also good as Vinyl thinner too). I bought a Qt of each something like 11 years ago and each still has at least half left in the cans. I use Oral Syringes to fill the little bottles to use. This also will not leave a hard spot where you use it, just soaks in super fast and dries just as fast!
I like your idea of using a paper clip to get the paint out of the eyes, I do the same thing except I use wood tooth picks I cut down to size. I do also use a cheap Bodkin that I heat to take paint out if it fills in during the cure and I just heat with higher and stick it through. However I have not been able to find another Bodkin as thin of a needle as this one has, lol! I have looked too. I figure a good wood handle and heave needle will do also.
Anyway nice video and thanks for the shout out!
Forgot to mention the thread, Have to admit I am not a big fan of Uni-Thread and yes that 6/0 is easy to break. I mostly use Danville 210 denier Flat Waxed and it's very nice, but may end up costing more than your thread??

You bet SK, it works great and soaks in so fast all the way to the thread base. I got this time from fly tying guy on FAOL (Fly Anglers On Line) as did a lot of the little things I do. That is a great resource for info on tying!
