Gentlemen,word around the conference has Kevin Sumlin gone and the next HC already waiting in the wings.
So... who is the next HC of ATM football???
Inquiring minds want to know.

I had heard they were going to go with the DQ John Chavis. The thought was that this year was not going to be good regardless, and letting Sumlin stay through this season saved a $5MM penalty on his contract.

I hope it's Chad Morris. He is an Aggie and could be a very long term good option. I suspect he would be a recruiting machine in Texas.

I'll be curios to see how he does this yr at SMU, so farhe's 9-17 and 4-12 in AAC. If he's this great recruiter then they should make strides at SMU this yr, he's off to a 2-0 start this yr.

I will be watching the SMU vs Purple Baylor game closely this weekend to see how he coaches his players up.
