Have any of you guys ordered here?
I was in close contact with the guy prior to ordering my unit (Garmin 73sv). I saw from the FexEx update that its shipping out of Tampa, FL so I then tried to ask him if it would be delayed inevitably...which is a possibility I am sure with the weather there. This guy was in Austin I believe. It also says in their website no tax and no shipping cost. I was also charged tax.
I told them I would like to cancel the order and order somewhere else or buy local if the shipment was going to be delay inevitably...but will not respond at all now.
Anyone know him or dealt with him before?
Just trying to figure out what to do.

if the store is based in tx tax must be charged out of state companys can ship in with out tax this loophole will be corrected in time. on their website it says in tx tax will be charged.

If they are located in another state and don't collect the tax then legally you are responsible to pay the state the sales tax. There is no legal tax free purchases made.

I knew same state and tax...my next issue is what to do next. I have paid...item cant ship because its in Tampa, and it could be a while. But cant get place to respond.

I've ordered from them. Very easy to work with and fast delivery. I did pay tax, because I am in Texas. I'm sure they will get you taken care of. Good luck.
