Yesterday two ladies who were obviously a couple came in to put an offer in on one of our homes. As I was explaining the documents and telling them what I would need, I called them you guys several times. I typically refer to couples as you guys when going over our contracts instead of Mr and Mrs so and so over an over. The ladies didn't act offended or look at me strangely, but I felt awkward using the term to two women in a relationship.

No. Have real good friends that are a married lesbian couple and I refer to them as you guys all the time. I think if they were going to take issue they would have already let you know.
