Anyone know if the Gen 2 Ulterras Riptide stow and deploy issues been resolved?

I have a Gen 2 and haven't had any stow and deploy issues.

I went to Lowes and purchased four flood lights for the house. Got home and only two out of four worked. Went back and exchanged for another box and all four lights were good.
Minn Kota has revised the 2017 model over the 1st Generation Ulterra yet we have seen a small amount of issues show up. We have sold and installed many and I do mean small amount of issues have shown up.
