Might check with Hideaway Harbor. The have good campsites.

Check with Lake Fork Ranch. We were able to get a spot pretty late for the Skeeter tournament. They have they're own ramp, only draw back is it's really far north on the west fork.

Lake Fork Marina used to let folks camp at their place..if you're talking about tents and such,..
