I bought a big bag of Hatch chiles at the store today. I will get those babies roasted on the grill and canned for later use.

I bought a container of pre-grilled Hatch"s at HEB, they were very thin and hard to even cut without tearing,
do you guys take the seeds out? It was like they were grilled until they were as thin as paper .
