 Orlando Florida Hotel Ideas

I have a work conference being held at the Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort at Walt Disney World. That resort and every other surrounding resort is already fully booked. The closest places that have anything is Saratoga Springs Resort and Animal kingdom Resort...both of which are outrageous priced due to the high demand.
Does anyone know of a good resort to stay that's maybe just outside of the Walt Disney World that I could get a rental car and just drive to the conference resort every day?

We went back in May and decided to go up a few days early and stayed at the Marriott Village until our reservations for a Disney Hotel started up. It's right outside Disney Springs and from Disney Springs you can catch buses to other resorts.
