I recently bought a Humminbird helix 5 to use on my pontoon boat, but the bracket that's on the toon where I mounted it the side imaging is being messed up because the motor is in the way. My question is do I need a dual transducer set up or is there any way to make the single transducer work.

You will need two side image transducers and this cable

On my boat I simply trim the motor up to get a clear shot across on left view. If that will not work for you will need to add a 2nd transducer and the "y" cable noted above.

Here is one we did today for a customer that need the 2nd transducer.

Thank you for the responses, the motor trimmed up still gets in the way so 2nd transducer and cable is the route I'm gonna go. Again thank y'all for the help!
