And this time I am pumped! I don't post in the bass forum very often but maybe some of you will remember awhile back I started a thread titled "I just broke my PB why am I not excited?" when I snagged a 7-0 in the tail. Well today I broke it legit with a 9#4oz beauty! Near as I can tell since I didn't have a tape measure she was 26-27 inches long!    Sorry for the crappy pics. It was late and my arms are too short! That tackle box is 11 inches.

Rocks by the dam on Falcon Lake. Don't know how deep for sure since I was bank fishing but I'm gonna guess 5-8 feet with deeper water nearby.

Nice score. Plenty of areas on falcon that are just as safe as anywhere else. Crazy how low the water is right now. I've been stuck launching at the county ramp for a while. Not rave enough to launch at state park till water is up. Don't want to mess up my boat- keeping it in as best shape as possible for when I decide to sell it. Nice chunckers Tommar

You can see how long it was with the tape measure next to the rod photo and it was caught just after sunset on my third "last cast".  Not quite as nice as your PB from last February Collin but I'm still happy with it! So close to the DD though! And yes, the lake is low! State park ramp is out of the water. I've lived here just 1 1/2 years and this is the lowest I've seen it. We're at 263' right now.
