My little boy had open heart surgery when he was 5 months old. a friend of mines little boy was born with half his heart, 3 surgerys later you would never even know he had surgery.
We did our surgery at Medical City Dallas. Dr. Mendeloff. He is awesome.
I know you said yall were doing yalls at Children's, but there is a heart group that meets over at Medical City and there are people there that have been through it all. I would highly suggest that the parents go to some of these meeting. It does not matter which Hospital yall are going to, yall will be welcome at these meetings. It really helped us. Heart group name is Amazing Little Hearts.

I have an autistic son who has many other health problems. I pray for him and will never give up, but one day I read a paragraph from a place and it said this
