Same for Market Street. So far Hatch Chile has been in every breakfast dish I have made. Last night I made pork tenderloin with smoked gouda and hatch chile on ciabatta bread.

I have been working in NM since February, they put them on everything out here, they are very proud. as they should! One of the reasons I love NM. And no mosquito's, I have a friend that goes somewhere in NM and brings back big sacks of chili's.. They tumble a bunch at once in a hot barrel, good stuff
