The spicy strawberry chicken biscuit is really good... I had it with sausage, it's good!

If Whatburger had started out in California, would we be having this conversation?

Whataburger was the best out there in the 60's, 70's and 80's. Over expansion and lack of quality control has made the franchise a very hit or miss proposition now. These days, I will take a DQ over WB if I have a choice. (Burger Street blows them both away) My favorite WB pic.

It took them 67 years to master the art of making a 1 day old hamburger taste and look like a 1 week old hamburger. Nasty food. It may be good IF and only IF you are there at a time when they first make up their weekly batch of hamburgers. They have also mastered the art of wilting lettuce and aging tomatoes so they look natural on their week old burgers that they give to the public.

Come to the Whatabugger in Rowlett, and I will meet you there and I will pay for yours and your whole familys meal. But I get to watch you when you open up that vunderberger. You will see what I am talking about.

My sons and I had Whataburger earlier tonight, and it was nothing like what you describe. The WB near us is consistently good, they always get our order right, and the employees speak English. Sounds like you need to try a different location.
