I hate these things! Cussing a blue streak cause I can't go in my back yard without being eaten alive. And they can't bite where you can scratch in public. Nooo... they have to find nice warm soft sweet meat that you can't scratch in polite company (or impolite company) .... impolite? inpolite? And it's not like I have a jungle back there.. okay, yes I do, but the grass is not the jungle. The grass is short. I have a lot of plants in pots out there. And GRAWR!

*rant rave fume gnash* And I sprayed something out there that's supposed to last six months and they're baaaaack. Little bitey bas*****.....

Permethrin will take care of them. Also the only thing I've used that wiped out crazy ants.

Goes on clothes. I typically am either running around in the back yard barefoot or wearing sandals. I don't wear socks in the summer ...which is the only place that would be useful to stop chiggers.

Summer rain = chiggers. And broomweeds. And fireants. And skeeters.

Skeeters I can live with. Skeeter bites go away after about 15 - 30 minutes. Chigger bites last for a WHILE. At least a week. Fire ants get killed with extreme prejudice.

I don't wear socks in the summer. Come to think of it, I don't wear socks much of the winter either. My feet get too hot so I'm in sandals most of the year.

Take a shower with this stuff and chiggers and ticks will no longer be an issue. It works.

There is this product know as Off, it has been around for decades. I find when I use it I don't get chiggers.

This helped my yard. Went to tractor supply and got a bottle. Spray it on your yard. Safe for dogs. Keep cats off of it if you like them.
