if you have road rash, use "new skin" if it is still availble.

I wrecked last Sunday, going up a hard climb around a tree then trying to go right along the continued path.

I did not make it. I fell straight back, landed 10 feet down on my brush and fallen limbs. Scrapes and bruises and a sore back, the worst part was a pulled/almost tore a stomach muscle.

I did that right as a realized I was falling backwards, my body lurched up, and I pulled it. It hurt the rest of the ride, but I kept it in place.

A pulled stomach muscle is like a foot cramp in the middle of the night, but worse. If you've ever done it, you know, but if not, it's a very weird and painful injury, kind of odd-feeling like a torn hip flexor, which I've done as well.

...Glad you are okay Mr. Trick!

I have an interior designer we work with. She locked her brakes up going down a hill and did a one point landing on concrete at 25mph. Lots of plastic surgery and still looks odd. Took here entire face off and almost killed her. Be careful on those nasty bikes.
