Made an open foil pan, added spicy Italian dressing, a little seasoning salt and put on the smoker until tender.
I am going to add extra rows of okra next year. It was that good.

Porkloins are my favorite to smoke. I rub then the night before and leave in a pan with a cup of Apple Juice. 2 1/2 hours at 245 and ready to slice

Porkloins are my favorite to smoke. I rub then the night before and leave in a pan with a cup of Apple Juice. 2 1/2 hours at 245 and ready to slice I have been cooking them at 270 for two hours, then dropping the smoker temp to 224 until the internal temp of the meat reaches 160, it takes about 3 hours of total cook time. Moist and great flavor.
