I haven't been fishing that far north but from Jupiter south to Fort Lauderdale I have found plenty of places. I just looked on google maps to pick some likely looking spots then just drove around until I found public access. Lake Osborne is freshwater but was a lot of fun.
I hired a kayak service for inshore and offshore stuff. You can cover a lot more water with someone who knows the area and how to fish it.
