Had an awesome evening at Joe Pool. I have kind of neglected JP for a couple months while fishing other lakes. I got done with all my honey do's early and decided to give it a go. The boat traffic was HEAVY, which reminded my why I was fishing other lakes. The crappie have really started to bunch up and become much more predictable at their summer hideouts. Caught fish on brush piles, standing timber and submerged timber in 13' to 20'. Most were suspended 6' to 15' deep. Ended up with about 35 total with about 20 keepers and several good size fish. Big fish was 14" and 1.45lbs. Had several fish over 1.25lbs. Best day at the pool in a while.
