Yes, marry her. If you really love her, do not get a prenup. And if you really, really love her, hold off on buying any large purchase items (especially something you've always dreamed of owning...and maybe saved for) until after you're officially married.
They say life is full of ups and downs. You can find all kinds of "ups" in life but there aren't many downs as perfect as marriage. I say do it.
