The walmart family doesnt give two cents what people think. the walmart family is making billions with these trashy stores. They have built the family a gated community with guards and a bunker(n0t a problem). They have given less than 1% of their money away (no problem). All while majority of their workers need government subsidies(welfare) to survive. IMO, they dont care about frustrated customers, they are likely looking to profit off the information they collect.

Or it is a step towards replacing an expensive workforce with robots.

The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

So if I want an employee to come to my aid, all I have to do is pout.
This could be the stupidest idea ever.
90 per cent of the people at the check out have unhappy faces,
when coupons or ads are brought out, or someone in front has a big load or is slow.
The people responding could save that by opening up enough checkouts instead of spending it on technology.

Maybe you should open up a chain of stores and put Walmart out of business. Why would they want to give their money away? Their workers know the pay and don't have to accept the job to begin with. Their lack of education or experience is not the fault of Walmart or it's owners.

All you gotta do is shop somewhere else. Then Walmart won't stress you out so bad. I like Walmart where else do nut balls who get lose from the zoo go. Love looking at photos of the nut bags.

If our Walmart had robots I'd go just to see the robots.

Walmart is a publicly traded company. If you think they're going to be making profits Profits PROFITS, you should be buying stock.
