Haven't been in a few years to Palestine. Any tips? Going next weekend and plan on staying in Flat Creek area.

I fished the area just south of Saline Bay about three weeks ago.
Lots of small bass were grouping up and feeding on top, however, my bites came out of 8'-10' depth on bottom with a C-Rigged fluke.

Spent the last few trips south of Saline. Had a great day in Ledbetter with multiple 3-5# fish. Today was a little lighter weights but ran into 2 schools hitting on top water in coves near the damn. Havent been in flat creek in a while. Yellow magic and plum worms have been best producers.

Flat creek is hard to beat, but palestine has so many good areas you should do well. Like mentioned ^^ keep a plum worm tied on and something to throw at random put up schools. Good Luck
