I haven't tied in years and when I did I wasn't good. I went to backwoods today and the gentlemen there gave me a quick lesson. I'm sorta proud of this one. No idea if they will bite it but we shall see.

I have some of that "body" material. I made a few jigs with it, but never fished them.

That jig will come ALIVE, when you get it in water.

I have been researching what crappie eat from the time that they are fry all the way through adulthood. I had no clue that black and white crappie feed on such different things. I have some great jig ideas that I can't wait to get home and try.
