Thankfully there are laws now to charge these guys. A few years back we had none in Texas.

Sad thing is I knew the kid. Never once would have expected that from him. Scary to see what money will make a man do. And for chump change. Imagine what they'd do for some real money.

Not only that but all gear that was on the boats. The boats from both party's and tow vehicles. Then sell them and give money to Texas fish hatchery's.
