Ok....so I have had the same boat storage for 4-5 years and I'm moving my boat out to new storage a little further out of town to save some $$. However, well I've been using this storage for a long time, have accumulated some junk, old plastics, golf clubs, you name it, and overall its not what I would call spic and span. I didn't pay a deposit and no contract, so I'm kinda just wanting to pull the boat out and leave some stuff there....is that cool....or is that a [censored] move on my part?
(By the way I've paid the guy way north of $8000 in storage over these years.

So what your asking is can you leave your trash in the storage bay when you leave?
You should know the answer to that question before you asked imo........

Ahh, the ol "it's not like they can keep my deposit so I'll just leave my trash behind" mentality.
Man I'm scared for my kids to grow up in this world.

You know what you should do. You are just asking here looking for someone else to justify not cleaning your [censored] up.

What you are asking is it OK to be a degenerate. Idk, do you wish to be thought of as a degenerate, if so go around doing degenerate things and people will consider you one.
Oh, I assume you are an adult and should know the answer to your question by now.

(By the way I've paid the guy way north of $8000 in storage over these years. And he rendered services to you for that $8,000, to which you agreed. Clean your carp out like a responsible adult.

I had a tenant in one of my houses who I thought was a friend, do the same thing. In turn I hired a couple guys to load my trailer up and we hauled it all to his new house and dumped it on his front lawn.

I guess you were never in Boy Scouts growing up. If you were you would have been taught to leave a place cleaner than you found it.

Its just good etiquette. But reality is talk to the owner, show them what you have. Maybe they want to auction it off. expect them to say please clean it out.

My parents bought a house a long time ago. The seller kindly left their old TV in the living room. It was broke.
Don't be a scumbag. Return things in better shape than you received and you will have less drama in your life.
