Last week one of my company trucks had to have both front rotors replaced because my guys did not tell me the front brakes were squealing , and ruined the rotors .They have 50 miles on them and my mechanic had to get them from AutoZone because his parts supplier did not have the 7 lug rotors in stock that day and we needed the truck back that day . Well yesterday the guys went to Brownwood and both wheel bearings went out ! Ford wheel bearing had 22000 miles on them and still good , Auto Zone 150 miles and Kaput .

Sounds to me like either they weren't packed with grease or else they were over tightened. Can't blame the supplier for that.

You didn't mention the year, but at 22,000, it has to be newer than 2004, so they are sealed bearings that don't need to be greased.
At any rate, those rotors have unconditional 2 year free replacement no questions asked.

Blame Ford for that. Rotors are separate.

Meant 220,000 miles on the original ones. And they are all built into one brake rotor and bearing. And no my mechanic installed them right. Just junk from Auto Zone.

Wait a minute, I'm confused. So rotor is now part of hub assembly and to replace rotor you have to take off hub. How in the hell would you turn them? Also even tightening down a hub too tight at install can burn bearings up asap. Have to allow for expansion when hot.

The rotor is not part of the hub.
Are these the old style hub where you had separate bearings you packed or the newer style where it is a sealed unit? If I'm replacing front bearings/hub I'm putting something back that is good, I use Timken.

so your saying they are old school, rotors that need to have the races installed, bearings packed and installed on frt stub axle on the knuckle and tension set, i doubt it was the rotors but it wouldn't surprise me if it was
p.s. if those bearings and races were not replaced at the same time, with that mileage, you can expect this bearing failure
