I've been getting spanked at Fork lately.. I haven't whole heartedly jumped full bore into the offshore bite yet, but We could only get a couple of fish this past Weekend.. It almost seems that my old spots aren't so great anymore.. normally fish South of bell branch towards Taylor.. The Dam, White Oak, West side of the East arm, not sure what that's called. I would have to say if I had to, I'd stay between Taylor and Bell, working mid depth timber..

I haven't brought myself to go deep either. I like staying to the bank beating lol. I like Indian and wolf creeks.

I would start out with a frog in Dale Creek, then check out chicken ridge while there. Then move onto deeper water trying humps and points.

We got spanked on fork too yesterday. Caught 3 blacks between 2 of us 😭. Fished both morning and eve bites
How come I keep catching small fish when every product I buy is supposed to catch more and bigger fish?

Fishing has been tough. The bite shut down for me at the end of May. I blame it on the Sand bass, it couldn't be because I don't know what I'm doing. Need to focus on the deep water stuff is my guess.

Run & graph multiple points, road beds, ridges, pond dams & humps in 17-25 ft. looking for the big bass.
