It all depends what side of the lake works best for you. You have sneaky pete's, 121, little elm, and old lake dallas marinas. The quietest will be little elm and old lake dallas marinas.

Cottonwood Creek Marina in LE is fairly quiet.
It has great security and is very clean and well and mintained.
Jennifer and Frank are great folks to do business with.

Cottonwood Creek Marina at Little Elm is a very nice marina with great crappie fishing if you have a slip there. Nice folks. The North end of the lake can be real peaceful a lot of days.
