 Help with lower unit

Today when I got home,lower the motor in the driveway,I notice a small amount of lower unit oil coming out between the prop and lower unit,what needs to be addressed?
93 Johnson GT200 that is taken care of like it's much newer than it actually is

Sounds like the seal is bad. Most likely you'll find water in you gears when you drain the lower unit oil. Fishing line on the shaft will cause that seal to go bad along with time. There not hard to rebuild couple of hours if memory serves me.

Have the LU inspected and pressure tested and repair as needed.
If you don't have the specialized tools to work on a LU, then its best to let a tech perform the work.
